Set in a private villa in Sicily, this residency is designed for women craving inspiration, perspective, and meaningful connection—both to themselves and to others navigating similar seasons of growth, creativity, and expansion. Rooted in spaciousness rather than structure, this is not a traditional retreat with rigid itineraries or over-scheduled programming, but an intimate gathering centered around what is already alive: thoughtful conversation, creative exploration, shared meals, beauty, rest, and the kind of insight that naturally emerges when women come together with intention.
Whether you are creatively burnt out, standing at the edge of a new chapter, refining a vision, building something meaningful, or simply longing for space to hear yourself clearly again, this residency offers room to slow down, reconnect, and become inspired by both your inner world and the collective experience.
This space is not only for artists—it is for entrepreneurs, visionaries, healers, and anyone in a season of creative emergence who feels called to deepen what they are building or beginning.
Together, we will explore creativity, expression, personal evolution, and the lives we are building through presence, conversation, and shared experience—allowing clarity, alignment, and deeper connection to unfold organically. Intentionally intimate, the residency is limited to five women to allow for genuine connection, spaciousness, and personalized support throughout our time together.

The VisionA Space to Reflect, Reconnect & Create
Throughout the residency, creative practice, guided self-inquiry, mentorship, and conversation will be woven naturally into our days together.
Each morning will begin with intentional space for reflection through guided journaling, self-inquiry practices, and creative exploration designed to help you reconnect to yourself, clarify what feels most alive, and deepen your relationship to your inner world, creative voice, and vision.
In addition to spacious time for rest and integration, each day will include intimate group mentorship sessions, thoughtful creative workshops, and conversations centered around creativity, personal evolution, visibility, and the lives we are building. Some themes we will explore include…

The structure of the residency is intentionally spacious. Rather than intensive schedules or overly structured programming, our time together unfolds through guided sessions, shared meals, one-on-one mentorship, creative exploration, rest, spontaneous conversation, and the natural alchemy of a shared experience.
The PlaceVILLA BIBBIA, SYRACUSE, SICILY
Set among two hectares of gardens and countryside, the estate is surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, agaves, bougainvillea, and prickly pear cactus — offering a quiet sense of seclusion and the slower rhythm characteristic of southern Sicily.
The estate features a swimming pool, expansive grounds for rest and wandering, and a collection of warm, intimate indoor and outdoor spaces where we will gather for shared meals, creative workshops, conversation, and slow evenings together throughout the residency.
The main villa includes two double suites with ensuite bathrooms, along with two additional bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, shared living room, and a panoramic veranda overlooking the surrounding landscape. Just beyond the main house, three additional private garden suites offer ensuite bathrooms and direct access to the gardens and pool.
Each guest will be assigned a private bedroom within the estate — a quiet space to settle into, unwind, reflect, and make your own throughout our time together in Sicily. While many rooms include private ensuite bathrooms, some accommodations may include a thoughtfully shared bathroom arrangement with one other guest, in keeping with the intimate and communal nature of the residency.
Your Facilitatorolivia frassinelli
Olivia Frassinelli is a creative mentor and facilitator whose work exists at the intersection of embodiment, creativity, expression, and personal evolution.
Through intimate gatherings, mentorship, and relational work, she supports founders, artists, and visionaries in reconnecting to themselves and moving toward what feels most alive, meaningful, and true.
Her approach is deeply conversational and intuitive, creating spaces that feel thoughtful, grounding, and deeply human—where insight emerges naturally through reflection, shared experience, creativity, and genuine connection.
The Sicily Summer Residency is an extension of this work: a space designed not around performance or productivity, but around beauty, spaciousness, intimacy, and the transformative nature of a shared experience.

The investment for our Summer Residency is $3,100 USD.
Set within a private Sicilian villa, this five-day experience is designed to offer both spaciousness and meaningful support through intimate mentorship, shared experiences, and thoughtfully curated conversations. Each element of the residency has been intentionally designed to create an environment that feels inspiring, nourishing, and deeply connective.
What’s Included:
Five days / four nights in a private room within a Sicilian villa.
Daily shared breakfasts, brunches and dinners prepared by a private chef.
Thoughtfully designed group conversations and workshops.
A curated creative mentorship experience with one-to-one guidance woven throughout the residency.
*Travel to and from Sicily is not included.
This residency is intentionally intimate, with space for only five women. Applications are reviewed with care to support a resonant and connected group experience rooted in alignment, openness, and shared values. We ask that you apply only if you feel genuinely called to attend and are prepared to move forward with a deposit upon invitation.
Applications close June 7, 2026, with invitations extended beginning June 12, 2026.
Upon invitation, a $500 deposit is required to secure your place in the residency. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
