At the heart of our work is a commitment to creating experiences where connection, collaboration, and creativity can naturally unfold and support each woman on her journey toward greater authenticity and embodiment. We believe there is power in simply being present, and that each person meaningfully shapes the collective experience. We trust deeply in the alchemy of the women who gather together—each story carrying wisdom, reflection, and the potential for healing. When we come together in this way, we co-create with the moment itself, allowing our time together to become an immersion in trust, creativity, presence, and the unfolding journey of becoming.
Our Founder
OLIVIA FRASSINELLI
Olivia is an embodiment facilitator, creative mentor and founder of Samudra Collective.
Her work with Samudra Collective is rooted in a deep devotion to beauty, creativity, and meaningful connection. Through years of travel, personal exploration, and creating immersive experiences around the world, she has cultivated spaces that invite women into deeper relationship with themselves, one another, and the lives they are longing to create.
In 2017, she founded Samudra Collective, a space devoted to the alchemy that unfolds when women gather in community. Through retreats, conversations, and intentional experiences, the Collective explores the intersection of wellbeing, creativity, presence, and personal evolution, while honoring the transformative power of being witnessed and supported in collective spaces.
She also offers 1:1 Creative Mentorship—guiding women founders, creatives and visionaries to reconnect with their inner voice, clarify their vision, and bring their ideas to life in ways that feel deeply aligned. Her work weaves together intuition, strategy, and artistry, supporting others in building offerings and lives that are in alignment with their highest expression.

Samudra
In Sanskrit, Samudra translates to "ocean" or "vast expanse of water" often metaphorically representing depth, boundlessness, and cosmic vastness. It’s literal translation: a gathering of waters—evoking the idea of multiple streams, rivers, or sources coming together to form something vast and powerful—like an ocean—a sacred meeting place of energies representing a space where diverse individuals, ideas, and experiences merge, creating something greater than the sum of its parts.
